Office for Multicultural Careers (OMC)
The Office for Multicultural Careers (OMC) provides hospital-wide leadership in the areas of recruitment, retention and advancement of underrepresented in medicine (URM) faculty, fellows, residents and students at Brigham and Women’s Hospital and Harvard Medical School.
Office for Research Careers (ORC)
The Office for Research Careers (ORC) addresses the specific needs of postdoctoral fellows and faculty investigators in the research community at Brigham and Women’s Hospital. The ORC was founded in 2006 to look after the nationally recognized needs of postdoctoral fellows, and we have since broadened our mission to address the needs and interests of researchers at all levels across the academic continuum.

Brigham and Women’s Physicians Organization Human Resources (Intranet)
The Brigham and Women’s Physicians Organization (BWPO) serves as the strong and united voice of all Brigham and Women’s Hospital (BWH) physicians. Physician-led and governed, the BWPO provides an infrastructure for the continued excellence and innovation in clinical care, medical education, and research that have always been the hallmarks of BWH.
Center for Professionalism and Peer Support
Consultation and support for clinicians and scientists in the workplace focusing on improving the culture and providing the highest‐quality compassionate care. Programs include Professionalism Initiative, Culturally Competent Leadership, Peer Support, Disclosure and Apology Coaching, and a New Defendants Support Group.
